As a teenager I made very bad decisions learning fast that actions have consequences and life can change in a split second. From able bodied showjumping enthusiast, to complete paralysis with the use of one arm, Hitting rock bottom, turning to alcohol, bitterness, feeling empty and not wanting to go on.

​Believing anyone can change their mindset and life no matter the circumstance. Learning to believe in yourself and your dreams, make better decisions and bring success to life.

After many years of just existing I found a way to over come challenges, not live by my past traumas and rebuild a life, changing my mindset and building a happier healthier life style.
